Group CrossFit

Each CrossFit class starts with a warm-up paired with movement prep to help prime your body for the workout of the day. After the group warm-up, the coach leads the class through a strength-based metabolic conditioning workout. Programmed by a world-class facility through our Invictus affiliation, these workouts are specifically designed to build your strength and aerobic capacity. We use bikes, rowers, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and more to put together fun and exciting one-hour workouts.

Personal Training

Our personal training program is designed to help you develop more focused form and technique that will translate to all other elements of functional fitness. In this program, we tailor each training program to your specific goals. Our personal training sessions are 60 minutes long and each section is timed to make sure you keep moving throughout the workout.

Nutritional Coaching

If you struggle with understanding how to lose body fat or gain muscle mass, we have world class personalized coaching available to help you meet your nutrition goals. Each session builds on strengthening your understanding of how food is healthfully incorporated into your lifestyle. Sessions can be ala carte or monthly membership.
