Jess Abner

CrossFit Honolulu

Coach

Coach Jess brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to movement standards. A stickler for form, Coach Jess is much more impressed with 50 perfect reps than 100 reps with bad technique.

She fully understands that people sometimes just need a little guidance or nudging, and someone to believe in them. Having been both an athlete and trainer in the fitness industry since 2008, Coach Jess holds a plethora of certifications, including CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Pregnancy + Postpartum Coach, Precision Nutrition Coach, and 20+ hours as a yoga instructor.
