Anyone who has seen Nick is the gym knows his favorite lift is the snatch. His impeccable technique and transition demonstrates his mastery of the movement. On the other hand, Jenn prefers a heavy power clean and wall balls. Nick's favorite workout is "Amanda" (ring muscle ups and squat stanch) while Jenn loves to challenge him with the benchmark "Annie" (double-unders and sit ups).
Together, Nick and Jenn complement each other while their passion for fitness fuels their drive to continuously improve and excel in their workouts and fitness activities.

Julie actively engages in local Masters Competitions, showcasing her love for Olympic lifting, particularly Clean and Jerks, as well as barbell cycling and Wall Balls.
Outside of CrossFit, Julie is a devoted mother of two teenagers and manages a full-time job. Despite her busy life, coaching CrossFit brings her immense joy, reflecting her commitment to nurturing a thriving fitness community.
Coach Ricky was introduced to CrossFit in 2021 and became a serious CrossFit athlete in November 2022 when he joined CrossFit Honolulu. Ricky is currently working towards his CrossFit Level 1 Training certificate.

Coach Ricky was introduced to CrossFit in 2021 and became a serious CrossFit athlete in November 2022 when he joined CrossFit Honolulu. Ricky is currently working towards his CrossFit Level 1 Training certificate.
Ricky grew up playing sports his whole life, with a focus on Football at St. Louis High School where he was a two-time all-state defensive back. During his time, his team also won three state championships in a row. He also played baseball, basketball, and ran track during his time at St. Louis High School.
Your can find Ricky enjoying fishing or bodyboarding in the ocean, or hiking around the numerous trails on our beautiful island.
Ricky's favorite lift is the Thruster and enjoys the kettlebell and GHDs in his workouts, as well as Handstand Walking.
Ricky is the proud father of his son Maverick.
